General

- By commissioning me you automatically agree to everything listed on this page.
- I have a right to decline a commission for any reason.
- I will never disclose any personal information I receive.

Process

- I take commissions through instagram and email. If you contact me through any other site, I may not see it due to spam filters.
- Once your request has been approved, I will send you an invoice. After full payment is received I will begin work on your commission as soon as possible.
- Depending on the commission type, I may send a work-in-progress (WIP) screenshot after lineart and colour.
- You may ask for a WIP screenshot at any time within reason.
- Your commission should be completed within two days to a month after the rough sketch depending on my queue, commission type, contact with commissioners, and life.
- Large commissions with multiple characters or complex details may take more than a month to complete, this will be discussed before any payments.
- I cannot guarantee that your commission will be completed by a specified deadline. However I will try my best to meet any reasonable time frame you have in mind.
- Once the commission is finished, you will receive a full resolution file via google drive. I may then upload the image to my social media accounts. If you would like your commission to be kept private or uploaded after a certain date please let me know before I start the commission. I can also refer to you as anonymous if you want me to post the image.

Commission Edits

- You may not change the commission type after sending payment.
- I will accept up to three small edits per piece. If you exceed more than three edits to a piece, I may charge an extra fee before continuing.

Payment & Refunds

- Payments are made in USD via PayPal Invoices. Please have a valid PayPal address ready for me to send the invoice to.
- Payment is due upfront either after approving your commission request.
- I accept payments in increments or payment plans depending on your circumstances.
- Please do not send me any form of payment without my consent.
- You may cancel your commission at any time and be refunded.
- If I have started your commission, I will keep the percentage of what I have completed. You will also receive what I have completed.
- You will be fully refunded if I have not completed your commission within 3 months or there is a reason why I am not able to complete it.
- If you chargeback through PayPal or refuse to pay the agreed upon price, I will permanently ban you from commissioning me and you will not receive your commission.

Art Rights

- I retain all rights to my work including but not limited to the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and upload it to my portfolio or social media accounts, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you do not want your commission uploaded anywhere please let me know beforehand.
- You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
- You may never use the artwork for any sort of NFTs/cryptocurrency/Blockchain or any AI training.
- You have the right to use a commission for personal use including but not limited to avatars/profile pictures, wallpapers, page dolls, uploading it to personal galleries such as toyhou.se with credit, etc.
- When using my artwork in a public space (e.g. as a profile picture) please credit me somewhere on your page.
- If you desire to use my artwork for study which includes but is not limited to tracing, heavily referencing, copying my style, etc, I prefer for these not to be uploaded to public galleries, portfolios or social media accounts. However, if you are set on sharing your studies you must give me proper credit by linking/tagging the original image or one of my social media accounts.

- By commissioning art with nudity, gore, sexual or suggestive themes, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and automatically agree to my regular TOS along with everything listed on this page.
- NSFW commissions are an added 80% of the regular price.
- If I find out that you are under the age of 18 you will be blocked and permanently banned from commissioning me or interacting with me in any capacity.
- I'm okay to draw kink like bondage, choking, etc. Just don't ask for anything weird or gross.
